Depending on the day, upper or lower body focus, but always bringing that spicy core work. Burn baby burn. 

 

Resistance // Weights + Bodyweight

A mixture of weights & bodyweight training. Longer sets, slower paced resistance session to work on foundational movements, up-skill and feel strong. Challenge yourself.

 

HIIT // Sweat

Bodyweight and weights.

Hight intensity interval training, to get the heart rate up, get sweaty, hate it all the way through, and finally feel damn good afterward and want to do it all again... next Wednesday.

 

Hybrid // Weights + HIIT

Weights and bodyweight training but increase the tempo. More sweat, more reps. Working on functional movement strength.

 

Yoga // Vinyasa

Vinyasa flow. Finish the week with a Saturday morning yoga class. Suited to all levels.
